Organized by Direction Nepal, the seventh edition of the Nari Wedding and Gift Expo 2013 was held at the exhibition road, Bhrikutimandap. Also, the sixth edition of Kopila Children Expo 2013 and Nepal International Consumer Expo (NICE) were held at the same venue. The comprehensive exhibition attracted people from all walks of life.
The wedding expo featured attires, cosmetics, handicrafts, luxury items, counselors and matchmaking in 60 stalls altogether. Likewise, the Children Expo, with 30 stalls, offered different stationery items, toys, face paintings, exciting games and many more. A number of international brands and products such as electronic items, computer accessories were brought through NICE. Besides, the special features of the expo were a Bridal Fashion Show, Children Talent Show and Career Counseling, held for the first time in the expo. Most ladies gathered round on the stall of Mumbai Mehendi Training Center for free Mehendi and nail painting.
“We decided to conduct all three exhibitions at the same time at the same venue making it more convenient for people”, said the Managing Director of Direction Nepal, Trilokeshwor Malla. He added that this expo seemed exciting as it provided detailed product information, two-way interactions and a platform for advertisement in altogether 156 stalls.
The expo started from 21 February and lasted for five days.
