Splash Bar and Grill, Radisson Hotel, under its promotional events catered mouth watering barbeques. The much awaited barbeque promotion started from 14 September and the hotel will give continuity to the same every Friday evening from 6:30 pm onwards under the theme ‘Smoky Charcoal and Hot Stone Barbeque’.


The event will feature barbeque items along with sauce, soup, salad and desserts. “Keeping the preferences of the Nepali guests in mind, we have incorporated rice, roasted potatoes, vegetables and fresh salads with an array of our barbequed meat products. After 24 hours of marination the meat is barbequed live in front of our guests on either charcoal or black stone- with different smells and tastes,” Chef Bijay Kumar Lama explained.
