Lalitpur, 16 February
At Nepal Bhasa Mankan Khala, an album titled “Musica Bits” was launched. This album consists of 28 compositions of different genres—Pop, Rock, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Rap and Classical, contributed by 16 artists from Musica Music Institute located at Lagankhel. The Program Director of this institute and ex- guitarist of the band Cob Web, Mahesh Nakarmi, and the Chief Guest, Banlamha Mayaju Miss Beautiful 1132, Sona Shakya inaugurated the program.
The inaugural ceremony of the album was followed by a musical concert which kicked off with the classical number by Shilu Joshi, one of the classical artists of Musica Music Institute. Beside the students of the institute, different local artists performed songs of different genre keeping the feel of the album alive. “Musica Bits is an output of the endeavor of students of the institute,” shared Nakarmi.
