Again, it is all set to give you the authentic taste of Hyderabadi cuisine from May 24 till June 2, 2018. The Hyderabadi cuisine draws its flavor from two rich legacies—the Deccani cuisine of Nizams, with its delectable biryanis (rice flavored with meat and vegetables), haleem (pounded wheat and mutton dish), kebabs, and the spicy Andhra style of food. The 10-day-long food festival will be a one-off experience for food enthusiasts, where there will be cultural performances on day one, authentic foods, and decor. The food festival will be led by the hotel’s Nepali chef, Deepak. After enriching experiences across various hotel brands, Chef Deepak took up the responsibility of leading the food fest and is delighted to present traditional Hyderabadi recipes with the team at Kava. The buffet priced at Rs.1,999 (including taxes) per person has a huge variety to offer, such as biryani, pattar ka gosht, murgh korma, and nalli nihari, along with servings of unlimited drinks from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
