This food festival will witness best of authentic food from the coastal state ofIndia. The ten days long Food Festival will be led by the guest Chef Thirumal Mohan, exclusive from Marriott White field Bangalore, India. With over 18 years of experience in promoting SouthIndian cuisine, Chef Thirumal has worked with some reputed international hotels like Aloft, W Hotel. He will offer a rich food experience by carefully curating the menu to showcase theculinary delights of this region.

To mark the joyous moment,the hotel has invited His Excellency Mr. Manjeev Singh Puri(Ambassador of India to Kathmandu, Nepal) to inaugurate the event along with our ownerMr. Sashi Kant Agarwal(Chairman, MS Group), Mr. Gaurav Agarwal (Managing Director NepalHospitality and Hotel Pvt. Ltd and Mr. Sanjeev Mandal (Hotel Manager Fairfield by Marriott,Kathmandu).Similarly, Fairfield by Marriot, Kathmandu has associated with the Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Kathmandu to put together a short cultural performance by its students and artistes during the inaugural function.

Menu will be exclusively crafted by the chef Thirumal and the culinary team at the hotel for this food festival. The flavors will be weaved with rich taste, aroma using home-made spices to keep the authenticity intact and the food varieties will be beyond Idli and dosa. The menu is curated from the five states- Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
