To spread the warmth of the festive Christmas season, Summit Hotel organized a cake-mixing ceremony. After taking note of the cake’s ingredients, Executive Chef Sanjay Jamwal explained how the well-coated mixture is emptied into large containers and stored for a couple of days before Christmas, with occasional stirring, to ensure that the nuts soak until they are swollen. The event was followed by a wine and cheese session.
