B.P. Koirala India Nepal Foundation and Foundation of SAARC Writers and Literature organized a three-day Indo-Nepal Cultural and Literature Festival starting 20 October at three different venues for three consecutive days-Hotel Yak and Yeti, Hotel Annapurna and Patan Museum.
