On April 8, The Bourbon Room at Durbarmarg hosted a live musical concert entitled "Sajrak Lai Samjhida" from 7 pm onwards. Organised by Samarpan Entertainment, the event featured solo artist Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal covering the very best of Nepali classical music. "This is a very special event at Bourbon for a few reasons. Firstly, the genre of music we offer today is very unique; one that touches the hearts of most Nepali music enthusiasts of an earlier time. Only a rare breed of musicians have walked on this path before are there are only a handful of men truly capable of recreating a similar vibe in their voices. That is why we have decided to bring Mr. Dhakal. Also on this musical occasion, we celebrate the living legends of classical music and pay tribute to them by recreating their music altogether once again," said Mr. Bipin Basnet, one of the organizers of the event. In front of a packed audience comprising diverse audience groups of assorted ages, the performance started with the song "Jaha Chan Buddha ka Aakha." During the concert, renowned artists such as Deep Shrestha, Bhaktaraj Acharya, Deepak Kharel, Madhu Chhetri, Badri Durga Kharel and Narayan Gopal were covered.
